To mitigate the impacts of COVID-19, the Directorate for ICT Support (DICTS) is endeavouring to provide continuous ICT support and a range of other IT resources to the community, both to ensure continuity of the directorate's mission, and that of the Makerere University to best support community members as they engage in their university activities remotely.
